About the Stevens Gap Apartment Project
Stevens Gap Apartments is a planned 24-unit workforce housing community located less than five minutes from the newly opened Choctaw Landing Resort & Casino in Hochatown, Oklahoma. Designed to support the area’s rapidly growing tourism-driven workforce, this development includes a mix of 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units across seven residential buildings.
With Broken Bow emerging as one of the fastest-growing travel destinations in the U.S., demand for high-quality, affordable housing continues to outpace supply — creating a strong foundation for this project.
